TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE MY INDIGO SERVICE

1. This is an agreement between you the user and Indigo Prime and covers all aspects of the My Indigo service (hereinafter 'The Service'). This agreement is effective upon clicking the 'I agree' button below. By clicking the 'I agree' button below you signify that you have fully read, understood and agree to be bound by this agreement.

2. The Service is offered without warranty or guarantee of any kind. We make no representations as to the fitness of The Service for any use whatsoever.

3. You agree to take no action against Indigo Prime, it's agents or assigns a result of any damage whatsoever caused through use, misuse or the inability to use The Service.

4. You agree to take no action against Indigo Prime, it's agents or assigns as a result of any corrupt, lost or inaccurate data provided by The Service.

5. You agree that you shall take full responsibility for any data stored by or presented to The Service, and that you have checked the legality of presenting or storing such data using The Service. In addition, you take full responsibility for the use of The Service.

6. While Indigo Prime takes endeavours to protect the privacy of any data presented to or stored by The Service, you agree to take no action against Indigo Prime, it's agents or assigns as a result of any of your data becoming available within the public domain or the loss of privacy of any data, whatsoever.

7. Insofar as any part of this agreement contravenes the laws of England, it shall not result in the whole agreement being deemed null and void, but only that part which is deemed to have contravened the laws of England.

8. This agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of England, and any disagreement shall be settled in the courts of Bristol, UK.
